Pricing – Jim Russell

Basic Package

This covers pictures of a house, closeups or wide angle as needed. This is for a property of up to 1500 square feet. Typically 25 to 35 photographs are needed to present this property. The basic package is $150.

Larger Homes

For larger homes, the same package with an added fee of $50 per 1000 square feet added.

Drone Stills

This option adds still photos, typically 6 to 10 views taken by drone. This adds $50 to the basic package.

Drone Video

This includes the still package plus videos highlighting the property and its surrounds. This includes the Drone Stills above. This is a $100 add on to the basic package.

We can’t cover all of the possibilities in a simple chart, but our goal is to deliver quality photographs (and video) to showcase your property. Typically work is delivered via a download link of the processed photographs (and videos if added) so they can be rapidly incorporated into your property’s listing.
