We will consult on the basics of setting your property in the best light to be viewed by prospects. You want to created a listing to highlight its best features and create an inviting atmosphere for potential buyers to come and see for themselves. We don’t do the physical arranging of your property, but we can help you plan how to show it in its best light.

Virtual Tours
The photos in your listing should allow clients to explore the property from the comfort of their own home or in their agent’s office, while giving a realistic sense of space and design. Our goal is to pre-sell your listing as much as possible.

Aerial Photography
Elevated drone photography to showcase the property from above can provide stunning views of the location and its surroundings. You also have options: stills only or stills and video.
A word of caution on drone photography: the FAA now requires that all drones above 0.55 pounds must be registered. Furthermore, for commercial drone use (such as we offer) the FAA requires a commercial Part 107 remote pilot’s license. We hold an FAA drone pilot license certificate number 4280987. Our drone registration number is FA3W3YC9LK.
