Site Planning

Before the first picture is taken we plan out the best way to present your property.

Actual Photography

The staging and taking of the necessary photographs and video footage is the creative key to your listing. Properly done, this can bring a listing to life in a way nothing else will.

Aerial Stills

We are an FAA licensed Remote Pilot and are able to take still photographs of the property from the air and, as appropriate, of the surrounding area. This gives the viewer a better view of the neighborhood.

Aerial Video

The best way to showcase the property itself is by way of a video and the aerial view cannot be beat as a way of presenting the neighborhood. Our FAA license applies to video as well.

Processing

Photos and video need to be processed to make the presentation alive and representative of your property
